Aleš Langer

Aleš Langer is a historian, the official chronicler of the town of Uničov, a science fiction theorist, and a poet. At Fotofestival Uničov (Uničov Photo Festival) he gave talks on the town’s postwar development and its cultural history, shifting the framework of the official interpretation of the town’s past toward subjective memory. He is the author of texts about Uničov and collaborates with the local cultural scene.
