About the author
Adam Kencki (b. 1986, Karviná) is a Czech photographer who studied photography at the Studio of Creative Photography at the University of Ostrava and then at the Studio of Advertising Photography at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, Tomas Bata University (UTB) in Zlín. His photographs capture landscape and space with an emphasis on the fragile intimacy and hidden monumentality of the objects depicted. He presents himself as an intermedia-minded artist, yet his work always returns to the roots of pure photography.
