About the authors

Ondřej Hruška

Ondřej Hruška is a photographer and occasional cultural organizer. He studied in the Advertising Photography Studio in Zlín. He sees photography as “a tool for the future perception of history” — even if only for remembering last night tomorrow.

Petr Willert

Petr Willert (b. 1981) is a photographer who studied at the Studio of Advertising Photography at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. In his projects he has long been portraying his grandmother, the details of the interior of her apartment in a prefab housing block in the Bruntál region, and handmade objects—gloves, scarves, and slippers knitted from the colorful yarn of unraveled sweaters. He has exhibited at Galerie Fotograf in Prague and Galerie Kabinet T. in Zlín, among others.
