A Saturday evening concert project, tyto alba, by the duo Michaela Švédová and Jan Burian of Kyklos Galaktikos in the Baroque Koncertní síň — sound performances, improvisations and installations created specifically for particular places and drawing on their unique acoustics.
About the authors
Jan Burian (b. 1952, Prague) is a Czech poet, singer-songwriter, prose writer, columnist, photographer, and guide to the Nordic countries. Since 1970 he has played almost 5,000 concerts and written some 400 songs. From 1972 to 1985 he worked as a songwriting duo with Jiří Dědeček. He exhibits his photographs, and since 2002 he has organized the Festival osamělých písničkářů (Festival of Lonely Songwriters).
