Petr Válek: music performance

Petr Válek (b. 1976, Šumperk) lives and works in Loučná nad Desnou in the Hrubý Jeseník mountains. He trained as a stonemason and worked as a caregiver in a retirement home. His work includes painting, drawing, book illustration, and music — under the pseudonym Der Marebrechst he performs as a noise musician and eccentric inventor. He makes most of his works in a small garden studio.
