Opening: Luisa Prokopová: Falling into the Void

Luisa Prokopová is a Czech photographer and a graduate of the Faculty of Multimedia Communications, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Her diploma project “Falling into the Void” (2022) addressed Alzheimer’s disease — she created a documentary series at the Alzheimercentrum in Zlín and a triptych of portraits showing how the disease destroys the ability to recognize familiar faces and even one’s own.
