Norman Leto

Norman Leto (real name Łukasz Banach, b. 1980, Bochnia) is a Polish visual artist, film director, and painter. His work connects contemporary art with scientific theories, simulations, and philosophical reflections on consciousness, memory, and the future of humanity.

His most important works include the experimental feature films Sailor (2010) and Photon (2017) — a visual and conceptual essay on the universe, consciousness, and quantum physics that combines live-action film with 3D animation and popular-science commentary. His visual art has been presented at international festivals and in galleries.

At the 13th edition of the UFF festival (2023), his film Photon (1 h 47 min) was screened at Šatlava on Thursday, July 13.
